Return & Exchange Policy
At Invictus Will, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: For damaged or defective items, please provide a clear photo or video of the issue when you contact us at support@invictuswill.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, without requiring you to ship the defective product back.
3. Lost Packages & Shipping Delays
Since we source our products globally to offer you the best prices, shipping times can vary.

If your item does not arrive within 45 days of purchase (excluding processing time), we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
4. Returns Process & Shipping Costs
To start a return, you can contact us at support@invictuswill.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Buyer’s Responsibility: For returns based on a change of mind, size exchange, or buyer's remorse, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer's address on the package.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
